Where is guest parking and do I need a permit?
When visiting on a weekend we encourage everyone to park on residential roads. These roads are free from restrictions on Saturdays and Sundays. This then frees our small carpark situated at the front of the church for those who need assistance, giving them a place nearby the entrance for drop off and pick ups.
When visiting during the week, we welcome visitors to use our carpark, space permitting. If there isn’t space, you can purchase a parking permit from us, enabling you to park in a residential bay.
What is there for the kids?
On Sundays we have Creche for babies and toddlers. From age 4 to 7 we have Sunday School youngers, then 7-12 for the older Sunday Schoolers. Teens then move on to our Youth group.
On Saturdays once a month we have Messy Church, where kids of all ages engage in fun, messy, creative activities that all have a biblical message. They then enjoy story time and a light meal together.
Friday’s we have our Infusion Youth night, where teens come together, integrate and learn and build their relationship with God in a relevant and enjoyable way.
What denomination is this church?
We are a Pentecostal Church, under the umbrella of Elim Pentecostal Church.
How do I join the church?
There is no particular way to ‘join’. Simply come along to our services. We do encourage you to complete a welcome form so we can get to know who you are, keep you engaged and informed of our activities and encourage you to join our Newcomers Breakfast where the Pastors can meet you in a more intimate setting with others new to the church and answer any questions you may have.
How do I get involved in a ministry?
If you would like to get involved in a ministry, the first port of call would be to liaise directly with the minister leader. If you are unsure of who that is, email us at info@elimleytonstone.org and we’ll connect you with the right person.
